AMAZING BIBLE PASSAGES GUARANTEED TO BOOST YOUR FAITH

The Bible is really the greatest book ever published.

After suffering a major bout of anxiety and depression that took me years to get a handle of, my mental health is always at the forefront of things that matter to me.

It took time, but I’ve learned to walk away from people and situations that gives me stress. I’ve learned to make a habit of instilling positivity in my day. Turned my life around and embraced slow and simple living.

However, despite me living a simple ordinary life in the slow lane as a homemaker, anxiety, worry, and stress still cannot be totally avoided.

It’s part of being alive. No matter our best efforts, life sometimes gets to be too much.

If my usual coping techniques do not work, I turn to the Bible. This wouldn’t be for everybody. But for those who believe in a higher being, it’s comforting to know that someone is watching over us. That no matter how alone we might feel, we really aren’t.

So when I’m feeling hopeless, or my faith and confidence is shaking, I look for verses in the scriptures to remind me that I need not be. That I’m not alone and need not be afraid.

Here are 10 of my favorites. I hope it comforts you in your time of need, the same way it did me.

BIBLE PASSAGES AND REFLECTION

When all you want to do is let go and let someone else take the reins until you can breathe… you actually can.

Just raise it all up to Him and forget about it. He’ll take care of it for you. Just keep the faith.

So short. So powerful. Always calms me instantly.

We have no need to be afraid because He’s with us. With Him, nothing is impossible.

I do. And afterwards, I put my effort into not thinking about my worries because that’s what trusting Him means.

By putting the burden in His shoulders, you don’t carry them anymore. Show trust in Him by moving on truly letting Him carry it for you.

Call to Him. Pray. He’s patiently waiting for us to reach out. Have faith that our prayers will be answered. Not in our time, but in His.

“With all your heart” is the key in this bible passage. Not partially. Not conditional. This is the challenge. The goal. To be able to give Him our full trust.

When everything that can go wrong in your life goes wrong. When you feel that the world is crushing you. Trust with your full heart. He has a plan. He will never leave you astray.

When in doubt of your prayers are being heard. Don’t. He has heard them.

You may not get the answer right away because His time is not your time.

In times when we’re not sure if we will be able to provide for our family. This is an wonderful verse to keep in mind.

That we will NOT want for anything, because He is our shepherd and he will always lead us to greener pastures.

I love this passage. I want to say that I have this much faith, but I don’t. I do want to be this fearless though. To be this person who so full of faith.

So it serves as a reminder whenever I come upon it. A mantra if you may, especially when I”m scared and feeling vulnerable.

When you feel that everyone is conspiring against you. That no one is in you corner. You are wrong.

Someone is always ready to go to battle for you. You just need to stay still, and He will do the rest.

Once you lift your fears to Him, move on. Everything will work out. Have Faith.

I know. Easier said than done. I make it a mantra, the times I feel anxious. When I feel my anxiety bubbling up…I breathe I repeat this over, internalize what it means, and move on.

YOUR CALL TO ACTION

Reading the passage will just trigger your emotions. That wouldn’t be enough.

The goal is to relieve your stress and anxiety. So reflect on it, pray, breathe and let go.

You are not alone. You don’t need to be afraid. Trust that someone more powerful than you are is watching over you.

Are you ready?
